After contacting us the following will happen:
- We will visit your property/premises at the time and date prearranged with you.
- Once the quote is agreed we will then clear your property/premises on the date and time agreed on your quote.
- When your property/premises are cleared and you are satisfied with the work that has been carried out then payment for your service will be required.
- This payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or with cash, the method of payment is of your choosing.
- Once full payment has been received a completion pack will be sent to you.
The pack will contain:
- A copy of your quote.
- A receipt of your payment to us.
- A copy of the waste transfer receipt for the day your property was completed.
- Proof of professional waste carriers license will be shown on request or find our company on the website of the Environmental agency.
