We are a local family run business providing a professional and friendly service. Most house clearances are completed within one day however large properties and commercial premises can take from one to three days.
We understand some clearances can be very stressful around certain circumstances such as family bereavement, repossession or eviction and each clearance is undertaken with sensitivity and discretion.
We try to recycle or repurpose as much of the clearance as possible,
valuable items once evaluated can be offset against the quoted price of the clearance.
Once the clearance has been completed a completion pack will be sent to you with copies of the quote, receipt of your payment and a copy of the waste transfer receipt. You will find our company on the environment agency`s website or our waste carriers licence can be shown on request.
